As a Customer Service Representative with the Honor DiDonato State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency.
We grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. This role focuses on the ability to resolve customer inquiries, research billing questions, make policy changes, respond to company underwriting and service emails, file and follow-up on claims, and provide unmatched hospitality. - Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Facilitate customer understanding of billing accounts and policies.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Mathematical/Accounting proficiency.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
